FUNdraisers are FUN at Lake Tahoe Paint & Sip Studio!

We would be delighted to host a FUNdraiser for your local non-profit organization because we want to give back to the South Lake Tahoe community that supports our business. We believe Painting & Sipping is a fun, unique way to bring a community together to support a good cause!

We prefer to host fundraisers on a Monday or Tuesday based on availability; we can let you know the months and days we have available. Fundraisers last 2-3 hours, and are held in the evening. The featured painting is your choice and you may choose any painting on our website (calendars or gallery). Once we decide on a date, time, and painting for the fundraiser, we will put the event on our website calendar so participants can register.

Your main responsibility is advertising the fundraiser and encouraging people to reserve and purchase their seats on our website. INDIVIDUALS ARE MORE COMMITTED AND LIKELY TO ATTEND IF THEY HAVE PURCHASED THEIR SEATS IN ADVANCE. This is important because the success of your fundraiser depends on the number of participants. Seats can be reserved and purchased for $40 per person, and that includes all supplies as well as artist instruction. If there are 12 or more participants, your organization will receive 50% of seat purchases. If there are 6-11 participants, your organization will receive 25% of seat purchases. If there are fewer than 6 participants, your organization will not receive a percentage of seats purchased.

Drinks are not included but may be purchased - Soda $2, Beer $5, and Wine $6.
